Sulphur Springs Trail Race 2025 – Trail Running Photography That Captures the Grit and Glory


The 2025 Sulphur Springs Trail Race in Dundas Valley was a true showcase of endurance, community, and the raw emotion of trail running. As Canada’s oldest ultramarathon, it drew runners from all over to test themselves on the scenic, challenging 20K loop of rugged escarpment terrain.


From the steep climbs of Martin Road to the electric energy at aid stations, every moment was packed with stories worth capturing. As a run photographer, I focused on the grit in each stride, the relief at aid stations, and the pure joy at the finish line.
