Capturing Movement, Music, and Community: My Collaboration with HOKA Canada
The activation took place at HOKA Fly Grounds, hosted at Pilot Coffee Roasters on Ossington Avenue in Toronto. The centerpiece was a record-store-inspired installation featuring a curated series of running photographs designed as custom vinyl album covers.
Five of my running photographs were selected and transformed into vinyl sleeves. Guests could flip through the display, pull out custom vinyls, and scan the center label to listen to my curated Spotify running playlist, Finish Line Frequencies. The back cover of the vinyl artwork featured a short blurb reflecting on my connection to Toronto's running culture, how music shapes my photographic process, and my ritual of starting the day with Pilot’s Monument Blend dark roast.
